Rose-Ann Flynn is a Florida Supreme Certified Circuit Civil Mediator (1993), Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (2003) and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate Mediator (2011), as well as a Qualified Arbitrator (1993).
