Lawrence L. Korda has over 29 years of judicial experience. He is a graduate of The Citadel and was a commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. He completed his law school training with a J.D. from Mercer University. The last 12 years of his tenure as Broward County Circuit Court Judge was spent in the Family Division. Ronald J. Rothschild

Ronald J. Rothschild has almost 40 years of combined judicial and private practice legal experience. He graduated from the Ohio State University (B.A. 1969) and from Cleveland State University-John Marshall College of Law (J. D. 1974). He served as a Broward County Judge from 1991 to 1999 and served as Circuit Judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, from 1999 through 2012. He is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards in recognition of his service to the judiciary, the legal profession and the community. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.

Mary H. McCleary

Mary H. McCleary received her BA from Florida Atlantic University in 1971 and an MBA in 1975. She received her J.D. from Nova University in 1978 and has pursued a diverse legal career including both Civil and Criminal cases. Mary served “Of Counsel” to the AV rated firm of Bogenschutz, Dutko and Kroll from 1994 to 2010 and previously worked as both an Assistant State Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender. She is an active member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and is both a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. J. Leonard Fleet

J. Leonard Fleet received a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and graduated from the University of Florida, Levin School of law. His distinguished legal career spanned 23 years centered on the fields of criminal law, civil rights litigation and appellate practice. In 1982 he was elected without opposition to the Broward County Circuit Court and over the next 23 years served in the Criminal, General Civil and Family Divisions.

He attained a Master of Judicial Studies at the National Judicial College at the University of Nevada, Reno and has completed the Advanced Mediation Program, Straus Institute, Pepperdine University. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator, who mediates and arbitrates family and complex civil matters.

Rose-Ann Flynn

Rose-Ann Flynn is a Florida Supreme Certified Circuit Civil Mediator (1993), Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (2003) and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate Mediator (2011), as well as a Qualified Arbitrator (1993). She graduated from Nova  Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D. 1985) and got her Undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (BA 1981). She also has an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse. Private practice has included all types of civil litigation, including personal injury/wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home, products liability, commercial litigation and insurance defense. She serves as Special Magistrate for the City of Ft. Lauderdale Code Enforcement.

H. Mark Purdy has over 42 years of combined judicial and private practice experience. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law (J.D. 1970). He served as a County Court Judge (1979-81) and as a Circuit Judge (1981-85) in the 17th Judicial Circuit. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching Mediation and ADR at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator (1990); Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (1993); Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate Mediator (2011); and a Qualified Arbitrator since 1993.
